Randomise specs makes a mobile installation on a 6 (towed by a tug with a tractor hitch; it has no drive of its own), then rolls the D66 and D6 tables, with the books' role rules: comms relays stay small and in stable orbits, garrisons belong to national forces, elevator termini sit on a tether. Tick a box to keep that choice.

Stats come from the starship hull tables by length, with station modifiers. Hull caps at 25; Armour level runs 0–2, and 3 only for fortified stations with armoured bulkheads.
